Your business, live: why we stopped sending monthly reports
For years we did what every agency does: a monthly report. Hours building slides to explain, a month later, things that could no longer be changed. One day we accepted the obvious: the monthly report is late by design. If a campaign went sideways on the 12th, finding out on the 4th of the next month costs money. So we stopped sending reports and built something else.
What the panel is
Every deOne client logs into a single screen where their whole business lives: the sales their store confirmed, ad spend crossed against those sales, the WhatsApp inbox with every conversation and its status, stories and posts with their numbers, and the customers who buy, come back or are going quiet. Up to date. From your phone.
The difference is not cosmetic. It is about decisions: what you see today, you fix today.
Confirmed sales, not attributed ones
The panel has a golden rule: the big number is always the one the store confirms. What Meta or Google claim to have sold appears afterwards, as a reference. That is why the return you see cannot be inflated: it is spend against real orders.
And you can ask it questions
The feature our clients use most is called Ask deOne: you type a question in plain language, for example who is buying from me the most, and the artificial intelligence answers with your real numbers. It also takes action: raising budget on a product that is flying, or asking Paula to write to your sleeping customers.
See it from the inside
We built a public guided tour with real screenshots from clients who gave us permission, plus a demo brand you can touch without a password. Walk through every tab and ask yourself one thing: does your agency show you this, or does it send a PDF (static document) at the end of the month?
